Margaret Black: A Bandleader for more than twenty one years. She began and learned the business of being a band leader and the art of making a costume through her Mother-In-law Jean Mayhew. She came to the USA via Trinidad, grew up in Morvant, and was a member of the Morvant Ebonites. Over the years Soca and Associates have won several trophies in the Boston Carnival arena from Band of the years, King and Queen Show to Kiddies Carnival.

Fantacy of a Dreamer's Mind - this year's presentation promises to be a good year for this organization. As they move forward in getting sponsorship dollars the dreams are moving on. The band is made up of five section -Exotic Dancers of the Sky, Protectors of Air, Land and Water, Vegas Nights and Island Breezes. BE sure to get to the camps early.
