This is some of the organizations responsible for the annual Trinidad style carnival (Boston Carnival). They came from the Caribbean, primarily from Trinidad and have been residing in Boston for several years.

If you are interested in volunteering to assemble costumes, play mas or sponsor a band, review the band’s profile and either contact the organization’s directly or get in touch with us.

During the month of August, Boston carnival is one of the largest cultural events taking place in the city and attracts several hundred thousand visitors each year since 1973. August is also designated Caribbean Week

Margaret Black: A Bandleader for more than twenty one years. She began and learned the business of being a band leader and the art of making a costume through her Mother-In-law Jean Mayhew. She came to the USA via Trinidad, grew up in Morvant, and was a member of the Morvant Ebonites. Over the years Soca and Associates have won several trophies in the Boston Carnival arena from Band of the years, King and Queen Show to Kiddies Carnival.

Masqueraders: Our on line membership is for you. You will be notified of the Mas camp openings and all the activities taking place in the Carnival Village including winning FREE tickets to upcoming events.
